Artist Statement
Liz Stevens illustration, based in “the Land of Enchantment,” combines art, play, and education. Liz’s style features doodled line art, bright colors, and lettering, reflecting her love for doodling & calligraphy.
She prefers markers, colored pencils, and acrylics. She also creates digitally with tools like the iPad Pro and Procreate app. This blend keeps her creativity fresh and encourages learning new techniques.
As a retired art teacher, daily art practice helps her relax, enhancing her life and work. Liz Stevens illustration is known for its unique line-and-color aesthetic, blending traditional and digital media with a warm, inspiring identity.
